Privacy policy

When you submit a sourcing, manufacturing or catalogue request, we collect your name, work email address, organization, any optional phone number, and the request details you provide. These may include quantities, destination, timing, technical answers and supporting files. If you send a request list, the selected portfolio items are submitted with the form.

We do not ask for a home address, a payment method, or any identity document, and there is no account to create.

To answer your request. We use the details you send to prepare a quote and to reach you about it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

If you add items to a request list, that list is stored in your own browser's local storage so it survives a page reload. It stays on your device and is never transmitted to us unless you submit the form.

Our hosting provider processes the network requests needed to deliver the website to you.

A submitted quote request is delivered to the systems our sales team uses to respond to it, and is shared internally only with the people handling your request.

Supporting files are checked and scanned before they are delivered with your enquiry to the systems used to respond to it. They are not published in the website’s public file storage. Please do not submit confidential formulas or commercially sensitive information unless an appropriate confidentiality arrangement is in place.

Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action the request.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy question, you can raise it with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. We do not make changes retroactive to information already collected.
